Great food is always important to a first class holiday so it is only natural
that Mothership Adventures maintains the highest standards of service and
quality food. A large portion of the food we serve (and always the coffee!) is
organically grown and freshly homemade. Our meals and desserts are created in
our modern galley and the tantalizing aromas lure our guests home each evening.
We specialize in great salads, West Coast cuisine, healthy breakfasts,
beautifully arranged fresh fruits, and desserts that are so popular our guests
regularly request our recipes! (There is a lot of guest pressure for us to
publish a Columbia III cookbook!) And it gets better... more delicious food
appears each day for lunch! The guides love to provide a first class meal even
if it is balanced on a beach log or a wave-smoothed rocky ledge on a wild and
remote beach.
