To Register: Choose a tour then submit the secure form. The trip deposit is 25% of the tour cost for all trips; this will reserve and confirm the space for you. Deposits are not refundable and we strongly encourage purchasing cancellation insurance. The balance is due 90 days prior to departure. If you are reserving a space on a trip which leaves in less than 90 days, you will be charged full payment. Our forms are securely transmitted to us – your personal information cannot be seen by others. Alternatively, you may download a print version of this form which you may mail with your credit card information or cheque. Please note: Our trips are adult-oriented. Our suggested minimum age is 12 unless the vessel has been chartered by a group.

A confirmation and receipt will be sent to you, along with a packing list and a general information package, as soon as we have processed your deposit.

REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

A deposit will reserve and confirm your space. The balance of payment is due 90 days prior to departure. Your payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or personal cheque (for personal cheques, please use the printable registration form).

  • Deposits are not refundable.
  • Guests are required to be fully vaccinated, as are the crew.
  • Final payments received at 90 days or less before your tour departure date are non-refundable and non-transferable to a different tour or year, unless your current spaces can be filled with alternate guests.
  • This being the case, we strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance.
  • A 3% service charge will be applied to any change of reservations.
  • Deposits and final payments are only transferable for one year past initially booked tour date.
  • On the final payment due date your balance will be charged to the credit card provided for your deposit unless we are otherwise notified.

Your travel agent can take care of purchasing trip cancellation insurance for you. You will need a copy of this registration form when applying for cancellation insurance and we suggest you make these arrangements on the day you make your first deposit.

PLEASE NOTE: You are required to sign our liability waiver. We must receive your medical and liability waiver forms in sufficient time for Mothership Adventures to ensure you are fit to join the tour. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes in your medical condition/capabilities that occur after you have sent us your medical form.
